Wow! Did you get a chance to go around Lumby this past Saturday May 9. It was spectacular! The weather was awesome, and so many things were happening around Lumby all at once.
There was a market at Sheardown’s. A market over at JW Inglis, Rona had their big grand opening with a BBQ. The thrift store had a burn out bag sale. Cruising the Okanagan car show and shine with of course some beautiful cars.
The 4×4 club had a show and shine as well.
The Monashee CO-OP had demonstrations. MAC had art demos, and mini barn quilt painting.
The Legion had a large meat draw. The Okanagan Outpost has some delicious hard ice cream with a ton of flavours.
Everywhere you went in Lumby on Saturday were great events, most were within walking distance of each other.
I hope you got a chance to go to some of these events, if not all of them.
It was a beautiful day for everything that was happening, and I of course wore my sunglasses, and as you all know; it’s always a great day when you can wear your sunglasses!
