Shuffleboard is finished for the season, thank-you to all the players. Dart night will be ending in the upcoming weeks. I will confirm the last night for playing and will have it updated in next week’s article.
Upcoming Events:
Great turn out at the St. Patrick’s day karaoke. Congratulations to Matt Wilson who won the St. Patrick’s day basket! This Friday, March 22nd is games night. Games night starts at 6:00pm and goes until 9:00pm. There will be pool, darts, shuffleboard, cribbage and a few other games. If you have any board games you like to play, feel free to bring them to play. There is no charge to come, beverages served at the bar, 19+. You don’t need to be a member to come. Some snacks will be provided.
Legion Updates:
The members meeting is this Wednesday, March 20th at 6:00pm. They will be handing out membership pins and swearing in the new executive members. The Legion has tables and chairs to rent out for all your outdoor party needs. The hall upstairs is also available for rent for events, it is a 19+ venue. The Legion has a cabin at Gardom Lake that is available to rent for all Legion members. Contact the Legion at (250) 547-2338 for more information and prices. Office hours are Monday through Wednesday from 9:00am to noon, the lounge is open Thursday through Saturday 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
