Our football party was a big success! The chili was delicious, the beers were cold and it was fun to mingle with the shuffleboard crew as well! A huge shoutout to everyone who came out and supported and helped make this day possible!

Upcoming events:
Tomorrow, Friday February 14th, is our Valentine’s day dance! We will have fun games, drink specials, dance offs and free pool! Meg is cooking up an all you can eat pasta bar for $20! The evening starts at 6pm.
Wednesday February 19th is our general meeting held downstairs at 6pm. Please make your best efforts to attend!
Friday February 21st is karaoke and it’s beach themed! Come on down in your best beachy outfit and sing the night away! Rumor has it Roy has a few fun games to play! Singing starts at 8-11pm.
Saturday February 22nd the Lumby figure skating club is hosting our weekly meatdraw, so come on down and help show your support! Doors open at 2pm and seats fill up fast, so get there early!
Sunday February 23rd is shuffleboard, doors open at 12:30pm and play is 1:15pm. Anyone is welcome to come and play, just no minors please!
Friday February 28th the lovely Tawnya from Okanagen outpost will join us in hosting a gnome ceramic night! We will paint cute coffee mugs, then she will take them to her shop to glaze them and then you’re left with a memory you can treasure forever! Contact the bar or message us on Facebook if you would like to sign up! Only 20 spots available, $45 per spot. You must pay in full to hold your spot! Setup is 6pm and painting starts at 6:30pm.
A few reminders – Thursdays are open jam, dart night and pool league night! Anyone is welcome to come and sing/play and we welcome all skill sets! So if you’re looking for something to do Thursday nights come on down, there’s a little something for everyone!

A reminder Lori is taking bookings for members for the Gardom lake cabin. Please call the lounge for booking information. If you are looking for a space to host a special event, the legion has a hall upstairs you can rent out. They also have chairs available to rent. You can contact Lori at the Legion at (250) 547-2338 or by email rcl167bc@shaw.ca for more information and prices. Office hours are Monday through Wednesday from 9am to noon.
