Roadway paving to the 5 lot, 16-acre general industrial park with I2 zoning will be completed later this Spring. Services to the lot lines include municipal water and sewer, BC Hydro with natural gas and high-speed internet adjacent.
Located on Highway 6, just minutes from Vernon and within easy reach of the Central Okanagan, Shuswap and Kootenay regions, Lumby offers a cost‑effective alternative to larger urban centres while maintaining excellent connectivity.
