MAC is proud to present offer a vibrant exhibition celebrating the richness and diversity of First Nations art. This powerful showcase features work in a wide range of mediums—from traditional carving and beadwork to contemporary painting, weaving, and mixed media. This is an opportunity to celebrate the richness and diversity of First Nations heritage and to showcase the powerful stories carried through your art.
We’re honoured to create space for Indigenous voices and look forward to sharing your work with the wider community.
Visitors are invited to experience the exhibition from September 2 to October 3, open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 4 PM, at the Village Gallery 1975 Vernon Street, Lumby, BC.
Calling all Artists, Artisans and Crafters!

The MAC Autumn Artisan Market will be returning for the 2nd year of the arts in our community. This Market will be open to all Artists and Crafters with tables being FREE for Artists ($20 refundable fee to hold spot), meaning any sales you make are 100% Artist profit! 10×10 space, vendors are asked to bring their own displays and tables.
Are you part of a Local Arts group, instructor or musician? Help our community meet our Artists, by showing off what it is you do, be it Music, Knitting, Dance or Painting. Join the Monashee Arts Council by giving a small demonstration in the art form you love most, either by working on a painting or by giving a hands-on demonstration on how to do some dance moves.

Donations needed – 2nd hand art supply sale

Have you been cleaning out those art spaces? do you have something that you just don’t really use? Something that could be helpful to future artists? MAC is still accepting donations for our 2nd hand art supply sale that will be happening at the end of September at the Autumn Artisan Market.
All the proceeds from this sale go toward student bursaries for those who want to continue their education in the Arts!
