Wow! Great weather, great volunteers, great teamwork, and a great pile of donations!
Folks chatting and laughter radiating from all around, with young children wide-eyed at the sights and sounds of the emergency vehicles. They lent a hand along with parents who came to volunteer and show support.
We had an incredible turnout to greet the emergency vehicles as they pulled in and dropped off loads of donations, keeping our volunteer CBSS graduates moving along at a pretty quick pace! These youngsters were brought together by the graduating class ringleader, Toby Griffin!
We are proud to say that $6,184 was donated from our community along with over 4,864 lbs of food!
