The Lumby and District Market had our official season opening this past Saturday May 16, 2026. It was great! I hope you all made it there for our ribbon cutting and the fabulous cake that was provided by our local Freshmart.
Have you seen our new signs around town and our new banner on the front gate, they are simply beautiful, a big thank you to Tawnya at Okanagan Outpost for creating these for us.
What a fun day! It was a little chilly out there, we all had our jackets and some of us even had our blankets wrapped around our bodies, but every once in a while the sun would come out and warm us up.
We had live music, different types of jewelry, sourdough bread, plants, vegetables, crafts, jams, Tupperware, 3D resin and epoxy resin, the popcorn lady, Norwex, Pampered Chef, great lotions and soaps for your body, and so much more.
