Did you get a chance to go to the Lumby Market this past Saturday? It was a lot of fun. We had a Korean Culture Day, with some really good tasting free food, and gifts. They also had some games set up for everyone to play.
It was very interesting.
We will be having a theme day coming up on Saturday August 16, 2025. It is one of my favourite theme days.It will be our 3rd annual Christmas in August. I love Christmas. I know everyone does not celebrate it, but it is one of my favourite times of the year, the other one of course is my birthday which will be next month.
Don’t be surprised when you come to the market this Saturday, and you see some vendors dressed up, or have their tents decorated or selling their Christmas items, or doing all of these things. If you would like to join us you could come in your Christmas outfits as well.
Have you seen our green market signs lately? They now say that our market will be open on “Saturday” instead of saying “Today”.
