The Monashee 50+ Club Annual General Meeting will be held on November 13th at 2:00 p.m. Elections will be held for four positions on the executive. This will be followed by the monthly general meeting. Membership for the year 2026 is $20.00, payable by January 31st, 2026. Please get in touch with Cindy Derry if you need further information.
The Monashee 50+ Club is accepting Santa’s toy and gift donations for both children and teens, especially teens between 16 and 18. The Lumby Fire Department will be doing their blitz on November 29th at the Freshmart parking lot. Please contact Cindy at 250- 306-6381 for further information.
There will be no Bingo on Remembrance Day, Tuesday, November 11th. There is speculation that the new Bingo Board is on its way!
Hospice House is fundraising by hosting card-making at the OAP Hall on November 29th. Please contact Tara Radcliff AT 236-426-2425 if you need more information.
We still need help at Bingo and monthly luncheons and will soon need help with the Toy Run and with Hall decorating on November 28th.
