Well it may have taken us two years to finally celebrate the 65th Anniversary of Lumby Days but we are planning to throw one heck of a party the 2nd week of June!0

Lumby Days president Merna Alexander says “this years event is going ahead with the incredible volunteer board and our valued volunteers the weekend of. And as we are preparing we would love to get more community members involved.

This year thanks to Randy Barton & the team of Crusing The Okanagan, we expect one of the largest car shows to date. Any one interested in bringing their collector car or your everyday vehicle please find them at their website at www.cruisingtheokanagan.com of on fb.
The live music is always a high light, the food vendors, the incredible offerings from our local not for profits, as well as our locally made items & the Lumby Public Market. A large draw is the Fish & Game Club’s Rod & Gun Show. Bring the kids & grand kids to the Gold Fox Acres Petting Zoo, enjoy the live action show with Thrash Wrestling…
The shooting star midway will be back with rides & locals can check on the Lumby Days official fb page to win wrist bands leading up to the event. And of course the Lumby Days parade starting at 11am Saturday June 11th.
Lumby Days has always been our home coming & with us all having “virus exhaustion” & needling to get out, this year will be one for the books!
