I hope all fathers had a good Father’s Day, a bit cloudy and a bit of rain but still a good day.
I missed the Karaoke on June 16th (sorry about that), there will be one coming up soon I’m not sure when as yet. Also there are other events planed for the summer; keep an eye on the article. And remember there’s the Fishing Derby in September and the Harvest Auction is in October this year.
Also on the June 16th Charles Bloom had there graduation ceremony. Congratulations to all of the graduating students and good luck in your future endeavours. Bruce Mackie attended the ceremony to present two bursaries. One bursary went to Tory Maltman and the other Rayliegh Wilson congratulations to both of them.
The Legion will be open on July 1st for the meat raffle. There is a $100 meat pack being raffled off in addition to the regular prizes and don’t forget the regular meat raffles.
