We had our first pool league night last Thursday and it was a huge success! Big thanks to Tim for organizing and for everyone who showed up! Anyone can join or drop in to play. Thursday nights at 6:30pm to register and 7pm to play. Darts is also happening same time same place!
Thanks to Roy for hosting another fun karaoke night! We loved all the blue outfits and songs about the blues. Great efforts everyone!
Cherryville Elementary Schools PAC hosted the weekly Meat Draw and it was a HUGE success! Thanks to everyone who came out and helped fundraise some money for our little school!
We had 13 people for shuffleboard Sunday, it was a great turnout! Anyone can join in the fun! Held every other Sunday.
The ladies are headed to Enderby to play in the zone darts final next weekend and we wish them all the best of luck!
Upcoming events
Sunday February 9 we are planning to host a football party in the lounge! Doors open at 2pm and chilli will be available for purchase. Our big screen will be on, so come join us for an afternoon of football and fun! Shuffleboard is also happening that day at 12:30pm registration!
February 14 is Valentines day and we are hosting an open jam and dance! We will have food options, games and dancing! This will be downstairs at the legion! More details to come, make sure you’re watching our Facebook page for all upcoming events!
Thursdays are open jam from 3pm-5pm, darts register at 6:30pm, with 7pm play and now pool league at 6:30pm register 7pm play.
Friday’s lounge is open from 2-6pm – join our Facebook to watch for events! Saturdays – Meat Draw day! 2pm Doors open and 3:30pm is the first draw.
Lori is now accepting bookings for the Gardom lake cabin for our Legion members. This year a $100 Non refundable deposit will be required when booking (this will then be deducted from the final rental fee) call the lounge 250-547-2337 to book!
