Bad Optics – resolved

The Telus issue has been resolved 

Telus had the information all along but never communicated it . I got it from a Telus Teckie who explained the installation and conversion process info — info was there but never given to customers in any detail or in information brochures before or during the construction and installations. (probably a trade secret issues).
