To the Editor,

It was a fun and memorable day at the Lumby Event held in the parking lot by the Lumby Food Bank. We enjoyed the free drinks, smokies, cotton candy and also liked watching the children bouncing around. Children are so full of joy and enthusiasm!

There was a silent auction for a ‘Buydeem’ digital Air fryer. I was one of two winners, Judy was the other.

This was a fundraiser for the Lumby Food Bank. We were there with our daughter and granddaughter. It’s good to have fun times like these to invite family to. 

My husband had been talking about getting one of these air fryers, so I’m happy to get one of the highest bids. It’s a nice appliance and we’re happy with it. 

The people hosting this event were So Nice!

Going to events like this in Lumby helps people get to know our sweet little town better.
