What a Holly Jolly Christmas…
Our “Christmas In August ” last Saturday at the market was pretty good. The weather was kind of chilly, just the right temperature to hold this kind of market, the hot chocolate first thing in the morning helped a bit to ward off the chill. The weather held out nicely for most of the day. Near the end it started to get a little windy. But at least the rain had not started until we were getting ready to leave the park.
The Square dancers came and entertained us, they are a good fun group to watch.
It was so much fun to see some people come to the market with their Christmas sweaters and outfits on (pictured) Taurin, Joe, Trinity, and Ayla. Quite a few of the vendors had their tables decorated with fun decorations and Christmas items for sale. It was a blast, I hope you were one of the people that showed up.
And now for our even bigger event…. drum roll please… TADA our very Famous ButterTart Festival will be coming very soon to the Oval Park. I know your mouth is already watering for the yummy different tasting Butter Tarts. This huge, fun event will be September 21 2024. The Car show and the square dancers will also be at the Oval that day for your entertainment.
