How is everyone this week? I hope everyone is doing well.
Last Saturday at the Legion we held the men’s house pool tournament the winners are Peter Hamming first place and Rod Hartfelder second place. Congratulations to both of the them.
The next in house pool tournament is on April 1st. It will be the ladies and mixed doubles you must be a Legion member to play, there is a $5.00 entry fee and register at 10:00 am, play starts at 10:30 am.
From there we move onto darts. The in house dart shoot is on April 15th , registration fee is $15.00 this will include lunch. Register at 9:30 am, play starts 10:00 am. Then of course there is the Gramma and Grampa dart shoot on May 6th. Contact the Legion if you want to play. Registration fee is $40.00,this includes lunch and prizes, be there at 9:30. In the past I wrote that the dart shoot was on May 15 well I got the wrong date. I am getting back into writing articles for the Legion again after a long Hiatus so there is going to be mistakes, please bare with me.
The last shuffleboard will be on March 26th , it’s a fun day, there is a pot luck so bring a an appetizer.
On March 24th there is a Paint and Sip Ladies Night at the Legion. It starts at 6:30 pm, the fee is $40.00 ($5.00of which will be donated back to the Legion). Ladies bring an appie and enjoy a ladies night out.
By the time most of you have read this article we will have had the March general meeting. So the next general meeting will be on April 19th ( checked the calendar this time).
