Learn To Make A Healthy 3 Course Holiday Meal!

Are you concerned about the bloating and guilt from all the holiday binge eating? There is a way to enjoy the festivity without packing on all the calories! Join us for our holiday edition of Fuel Life’s virtual cooking class to learn how to make healthier alternatives of traditional holiday dishes! 

In this fun-packed, interactive, two-hour session, we will be joined by Cartem’s executive chef, Rajesh, personal trainer and holistic nutritionist, Mikkie Nettles, and naturopathic doctor candidate, Samantha Petrin, as they teach us step by step, how to prepare a healthy 3 course holiday dinner and also help us understand the nutritional value behind the recipes!

Holiday is the time of giving, especially during difficult times like these with covid. As a social enterprise, one of Fuel Life’s core values is to serve the community.
